1. Who we are

This website is operated by Exquisite Pharma LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its registered office at Unit 313, Milan Industrial Estate, Cotton Green (W), Mumbai 400033, Maharashtra, India (LLPIN ACM-2950, GSTIN 27AALFE8641G1Z6). We are registered with limited liability under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.

For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) we act as a Data Fiduciary. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) applies to a visitor, we act as a controller.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. We do not operate advertising trackers, analytics profiling or behavioural cookies on this site.

• Enquiry form data — the name, company, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, destination country, enquiry type and requirement details you enter on our contact page.
• Correspondence — the content of emails or WhatsApp messages you send us, and our replies.
• Technical data — standard server request information (IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp) generated when any browser loads a web page. This is used for security and diagnostics.
• Local browser storage — a single preference key (exq-theme) that remembers whether you chose light or dark mode, and a key recording that you acknowledged the trade-access notice on our product catalogue. Both are stored in your own browser, are not transmitted to us, and are not used to identify you.

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not ask for or want health information about any individual. Please do not send us patient-identifiable or clinical information.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

• To respond to your enquiry — to prepare quotations, confirm availability, and supply documentation. Basis: performance of, or steps toward, a contract; and your consent under the DPDP Act, given when you submit the form.
• To maintain a business relationship — follow-ups on live enquiries and order administration. Basis: legitimate interest in conducting our trade.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations — export documentation, tax, drug-licensing and customs record-keeping. Basis: legal obligation.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Third parties your data may reach

We want to be specific rather than vague about this.

• WhatsApp / Meta — our enquiry form can hand your message to WhatsApp so you can send it from your own account. If you use that route, your message and number are processed by Meta under its own privacy policy. Using email instead avoids this.
• Email providers — messages sent to our published addresses are processed by the relevant mail providers, including Google where a Gmail address is used.
• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — typefaces are requested from Google when a page loads, which discloses your IP address to Google.
• Cloudflare cdnjs (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) — a 3D graphics library used on the home page is served from this network, which likewise sees your IP address.
• Google Maps — our contact page embeds a map. Loading it may set Google cookies in your browser and is governed by Google's terms.

We do not otherwise disclose your data, except to professional advisers, banks or authorities where we are legally required to.

5. International transfers

We are based in India and process enquiries there. The service providers listed above may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where GDPR applies, such transfers rely on the transfer mechanisms those providers maintain.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as the commercial relationship is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records tied to an actual export transaction are retained for the period required by Indian tax, customs, foreign-exchange and drug-licensing law. When data is no longer needed for either purpose, it is deleted.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to the data we hold, and limit access to personnel who need it to handle your enquiry. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask us to:

• confirm what personal data of yours we hold, and obtain a copy;
• correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
• erase data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep;
• withdraw consent you previously gave, without affecting processing already carried out;
• restrict or object to certain processing, and — where GDPR applies — request portability;
• nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity (DPDP Act).

To exercise any of these, write to us using the details in section 10. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

9. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, where GDPR applies, to your local supervisory authority.
